Automating ticketing services is a necessity as users can se a bot to do things faster.

This is a prototype for a bot that books flight tickets.

the prototype uses intents, entities and system entities. Pages, routes and system intents are also used. Routes are used for intents like confirmation.yes and confirmation.no. System intents collect information like departure or destination city etc.
